Website Rescue Sprint
Your site is slow, something on it is broken, and the last person who understood it left. One week of a senior engineer's full attention: diagnosed, fixed, documented.
Fixed price. Booked personally after checkout. 14-day refund if we can't agree a scope.
This is for the business website that has been quietly decaying: pages that take six seconds to load, a contact form that has been swallowing leads, an SSL warning that scares off half your visitors, a deploy process nobody dares touch.
You book the sprint, I email you within one business day, and we agree the scope in writing before the week starts. Then I do the work. At the end you get a written before/after report: what was wrong, what changed, what the numbers say now, and what to watch next.
What's included
- Full diagnosis: performance, broken forms and links, SSL/TLS configuration, deploy pipeline
- Fixes applied inside the agreed scope — agreed in writing before the week begins
- A written before/after report with real metrics, in plain English
- Handoff notes so the next person (or future you) isn't dependent on me
- Booked personally by Nick after checkout — no sales call, no account manager
How the week runs
- Day 0 — You check out. I email you within one business day. We agree scope in writing: what gets fixed, what explicitly doesn't.
- Days 1–2 — Diagnosis. I measure everything first — page weight, load times, form paths, TLS, deploys — so the after numbers mean something.
- Days 3–4 — Fixes, in priority order. You get a short note at the end of each day. No silence, no surprises.
- Day 5 — The report. Before/after metrics, what changed, and the two or three things worth watching. You keep everything.
