How the half day runs
- Hour 1 — The interview. We walk the workflow step by step: what triggers it, who touches it, where it breaks, what it costs you.
- Hours 2–3 — I examine the actual artifacts — the inboxes, spreadsheets, forms, and tools involved — and map where the hours go.
- Hour 4 — I write. You receive the report within one business day of the session: ranked opportunities, effort estimates, and honest don't-bother notes.
